Hi, I’m Jess!

I’m Jess, a registered psychologist passionate about helping people build a positive relationship with their body and mind. Through my work, I’ve seen firsthand how mental health and body image struggles can impact every aspect of life. That’s why I created VitHelp and The Body Mind Co.—to provide compassionate, evidence-based support for those navigating body image concerns, chronic conditions, and self-esteem challenges.

VitHelp was born from my desire to support individuals with vitiligo, helping them embrace their unique skin and build confidence from within. Meanwhile, The Body Mind Co. extends this mission to anyone struggling with self-image, offering tools to foster self-acceptance, resilience, and well-being.

My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you can work toward self-compassion, body confidence, and a healthier mindset—because you deserve to feel good in your own skin.
